BREATHE+ is a brand-new hands-free lung exerciser that will help users increase lung strength and improve overall lung health, wellness, and performance.
No need for other handheld, complex devices with complicated instructions. Simply put the lightweight hands-free and portable device in your mouth and start to breathe, wherever you are.
These instructions below will help you get started.
Sit upright and place BREATHE+ comfortably in your mouth.
Breathe in and out naturally for 10 breaths on first use.
As you use more, you can increase the amount of time you breathe with BREATHE+. It is designed to be comfortable and easy to use.
Use for 5-10 minutes an hour, twice a day, six days a week or as directed by your doctor or clinician. Contact us for help or refer to video training
Clean your BREATHE+® after each use. Use warm water and soap for best results

Cleaning your device is good for hygiene and for the prevention of spreading bacteria and germs. A thorough cleaning procedure should be undertaken every two days of continuous use or before being stored for long periods.
Warning: Chlorine bleach or other products containing chlorine (e.g., dishwashing detergent) should not be used for cleaning the device.
Caution: Choking Hazard
Keep out of reach of children and do not allow the BREATHE+ device to be used by unsupervised children. The device is designed to be used by people ages 11+.
